Our classic naturally fermented sourdough with a generous scattering of pumpkin seeds pressed into the crust and worked through the crumb. The seeds add a nutty depth and a satisfying bite that pairs beautifully with the tang of the sourdough. Excellent with soup, salads, or simply good olive oil.
